Born in Victoria, Texas, Gail Garner Reaser has dedicated her life to the real estate profession and community service. A graduate of Victoria High School (class of 1967), she pursued further studies at the University of Houston and Victoria College. Over the years, Gail has earned multiple professional credentials, including the Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI), Master Senior Appraiser (MSA), Master Farm & Land Appraiser (MFLA), and Certified Relocation Professional (CRP). She also holds a Texas Real Estate Broker’s License and previously earned a Fire and Casualty Insurance Solicitors License.

Gail’s career achievements are wide-ranging. She has owned Allstate Appraisers, served as President of Reaser Realty Group, Inc., and operated REMAX of Victoria. A committed leader in the industry, Gail has been an active member of the Texas Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Victoria Area Association of Realtors, where she served as President, Vice President, Secretary-Treasurer, Director, and Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee. In recognition of her outstanding service, she was named Realtor of the Year in 1989 and was later honored with the prestigious Realtor Emeritus designation by the Texas Association of Realtors.

Beyond real estate, Gail’s passion for community engagement has led her to numerous board and leadership roles. She served six years on the Victoria Zoological Society’s board—holding positions as Director, Secretary-Treasurer, and Director of Publicity—contributing significantly to the development of the Texas Zoo. She has also acted as Director and Vice President of both the Victoria Area Agency on Aging and the Victoria City/County Public Library. Further leadership roles include President and Secretary-Treasurer of Victoria Law Wives. Her dedication to civic and professional excellence earned her a listing in the 14th Edition of Who’s Who of American Women.

When she isn’t busy with her professional and community commitments, Gail enjoys a variety of hobbies that reflect her adventurous and active spirit, including fly fishing, skeet shooting, horseback riding, and traveling.

Married to Vernon N. Reaser, Jr. since March of 1970 and the mother of one son, Clayton, Gail continues to exemplify commitment and leadership in every endeavor. Through her professional accomplishments, volunteerism, and steadfast dedication, Gail Garner Reaser has established herself as a trailblazer in real estate and a respected force throughout Texas.
